Replacement and Warranty Policy

 

At Rockstar Musical Instruments, we offer a 7-day replacement policy on eligible products. Please review the details below:

● Replacement Eligibility: Products can be replaced within 7 days of delivery if they are found to be defective or damaged (excluding physical damage).

● No Return Policy: We do not accept returns. Only replacements are offered under this policy.

● Physical Damage: Items with any signs of physical damage, mishandling, or misuse by the customer will not be eligible for replacement.

● Tampering and Third-Party Servicing: Any attempt to tamper with the instrument or have it serviced by unauthorized third parties will void the warranty.

● Replacement Process: To initiate a replacement, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product. We will provide further instructions.

● Shipping for Replacement: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in the case of a non-defective replacement request. If the product is found to be defective, shipping will be covered by Rockstar.
